Updating My Profile – Profile Photo, Passwords and Email Address

During the initial registration process, we ask you for a few simple pieces of information(First and Last Name, Email Address, Handicap and whether you are Right or Left Handed), the minimum required to ensure that you can get up and running with the Vertex App.

We do not have access to your password, it is encrypted and not accessible within our system, as such you have the control to update any information you like.

Updating Profile Photo

From within the My Profile section you can select the edit button, next to your profile picture, to change your profile picture / avatar, which is seen by any linked or shared accounts.

Updating Passwords

From time to time, you might forget your password, don’t worry, on the front login screen of the Vertex App there is a “Forgot Password” function which via email will allow you to reset your password.

Updating Email Address

Updating your email address is quick and simple. From within the Vertex App, Access Menu >> My Profile and click on the edit button above the profile image. This will open a small window where you can choose to update your details.
